Summer Solstice Yoga Class
Join us, for our first annual "Summer Solstice" Yoga Rooftop Event. Instructed by our community's own "Yoga Pod" Instructors. Followed by La Mariposa's inclusive delicious breakfast.
What to bring:
Exercise dress attire:
You should opt for clothes that you can move and stretch easily in, for example, comfortable tights, flowing yoga pants, and a supportive t-shirt. But it's also essential to choose yoga attire that won't move around a lot while you're doing yoga.

I read the post about the summer solstice yoga class and it sounds like a great way to celebrate the longest day by moving your body and calming your mind with others. Last term I felt overwhelmed with school and used sophia course help service when I could not understand some lessons while trying to stay balanced and healthy at the same time. That taught me that a calm mind helps both learning and life.
