La mariposa will now be open late till 12 am every night.
The new La Mariposa Mexican Restaurant, Longmont location is now soft opened as of December 13th 2023! New operation hours are now available, accompanied by brand new menus including a delicious "Late Night Menu".
Reservations will be required during the Soft Opening period, and can be made via La Mariposa's website: www.lamariposaonline.com (or by clicking HERE). Walk-ins will not be accepted during this period.
